At UAV Parts Hub, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. To maintain the highest standards, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or any reason other than a defect are not accepted.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories included.
Proof of defect or damage (photos or videos) is required to process any return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are not defective or damaged upon arrival.
Items marked “Final Sale” or “For Parts”.
Customized or personalized orders.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if a defect or damage is confirmed, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If the item is found to be non-defective or damaged, the return will be rejected and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@uavpartshub.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A detailed description of the defect or damage
Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage
We will review your request and provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if the return is approved.
